Problem Possible Issue

Will not connect to the internet from within

the program

Not connected to the internet, ensure that your computer’s internet

connection is still active

Your computer’s Firewall or internet rewall is preventing access to the

internet.

A Default internet browser has not been dened, and the software does not

know how to connect. Check the deafult internet browser for the computer

information.

Flash Card will not initialize

Programmer and/or Memory Card is not inserted

The Programmer is not recognized by the computer

The Memory Card or the Programmer is bad

Multiple libraries The MPN le associated with the library has been duplicated, remove the

duplicates

Software Crashes [Windows Vista]

The software was not installed properly (see Software Installation,

Microsoft® Windows® on page 14)

Some Windows operating systems running 64 bit require the render cache

to be increased to 256 MB

Pattern will not move on screen

Remove attachment points
